NBA 2K18 – What is Your Favorite Multiplayer Mode?

The Neighborhood. This is a new game feature that made its debut in NBA 2K18. It’s more than just a game mode, it’s a social hub. Players will need access to the internet to enjoy what The Neighborhood has to offer. This is the place where all player created characters (MyPlayer) can interact. There are lots of activities here. All sorts of competitions can be played in venues and arenas. Stores that sell customization apparel will offer an extensive range of items. Gyms and training facilities allow players to improve their condition.

MyLeague Online. One of the modes that can be played online and offline, MyLeague offers a different experience than career modes. This mode is played by those who want to manage more than just one player. League managers will have entire teams to take care of and also other managerial duties. The core gameplay for this mode is not that different from previous game iterations but modifications were made. For example, teams can now be relocated and given another branding. Admins have more privileges such as restarting playoff matches.

MyTeam. A players’ favorite, MyTeam returns to NBA 2K18 MT with more cards to collect and new ways to play it. Just like in the older versions, this mode is based on acquiring cards. The most common way to get cards is to buy packs that contain them but they can also be obtained as a reward and by buying them from other players. The cards are used to make teams that will participate in competitive multiplayer activities and single player challenges.

Pro-Am. This is a competitive multiplayer mode. Pro-Am is the mode that was used for the first qualifying stage of NBA 2K league. Players were required to have 50 Pro-Am wins to qualify for the next phase.

Nintendo Switch Local Play. As the name suggests, this mode can only be played on a Nintendo Switch console. Up to four players can use Play Now to enjoy a match.

H1Z1 – Are you a Shottie or a Sniper?

H1Z1 is fun but playing the same old mode every time might become dull after a while. The newly introduced auto royale does a great job when it comes to mode variety but once in a while players would like a mode that spices things up. Luckily, events are part of the game to make things more interesting. Events last for a limited period of time during which players take part in games that have all sorts of crazy rules. One of these events is Shotties and Snipers.

The regular battle royale rules still stand in place during the Shotties and Snipers event but there is a twist. Players cannot use other weapons than shotguns and sniper rifles. This is because no other weapons are available. Players will only find weapons of those particular two types. Sniper rifles are for long ranged combat and shotguns are for close quarters battles. These matches are interesting because players might need to change their strategy depending on the weapons they manage to get their hands on. Those who are used to play sniper might be forced out of their comfort zone if they need to use a shotgun. The same thing goes for those who like to battle from a shorter distance.

To play a game of Shotties and Snipers, the event needs to be active. There is such an event once every few weeks and it normally lasts for a few days. Shotties and Snipers games are not available all day long. They can be played when the server is most populated. This usually happens in the evening. Players can see the hours in the event menu. If the event is active, players will see an Events option in the Play menu. They need to access that option to join an event match. Top ten players receive bonus skulls for their efforts. The first place gets 1,000 skulls and the other nine players get 300 skulls each. H1Z1 has recently become a free to play game so it’s more accessible than ever.

FIFA Mobile – Did You Complete All Daily Activities?

There are many rewards that can be obtained by FIFA Mobile players and many ways to obtain these rewards. One of the easiest methods to get rewards is to complete daily activities. These are relatively easy tasks. They can range from scoring goals to successfully finishing campaign matches. So, as you can see, daily activities are nothing more than the usual content players would be completing anyway. Players will get the reward for the activity itself and another reward for completing the activity. Daily activities are great as they can be like a task journal for new players. FIFA Mobile is not hard but, like any other game, it takes time to learn it and to get used to it. Daily activities will allow players to discover all the available content and to get rewarded for doing so.

Players are advised to check out the activities when they log into the game for the first time each day. Daily Activities are found in the Activities menu. This is accessed from the left panel in the home screen. Once the Activities screen is open, players will notice two tabs: Daily Activities and Achievements. The available daily activities are listed there. Players can also see the timer that shows how many hours are left until the activities reset.

Here are some activities examples. Top Scorer requires players to score five goals. The Campaigns task requires players to complete two skill games or games in campaign mode. One easy activity tasks players with claiming the free packet from the FIFA Mobile store. If players tap on an activity, they will see the list of associated rewards on the right side of the screen. At the bottom of the rewards list, a Go button takes players to the screen or menu from which they can take part in that particular activity. It should be noted that players don’t need to initiate the daily activity in order to start progressing through it. Each time players complete a task that happens to be a daily activity the progress is automatically added. If an activity is completed, a red counter is displayed on the Activities button in the home screen.

NBA Live Mobile – What To Do If the App Is Not Launching

All NBA Live Mobile players have been experiencing issues with the NBA Live Mobile app at least one time throughout their mobile basketball career. While some issues are discovered and fixed by the development team, there are others that have more to do with the operating system and device rather than with the app. One particularly troublesome issue is the app not launching. Players tap on the app’s icon, the EA Sports logo is shown but the game is not starting. After a few seconds or even less the app closes and the players are returned to the previous screen on their phones. This is beyond annoying as players are practically cut off from the game with no possibility of contacting the support team within the app, retrieve their user ID, or connect the game to a Facebook account.

Here are a couple of fixes. First of all, players can do a bit of device maintenance and also check their mobile Internet connection. Apps that clean the device’s cache or release memory can be easily found and used for free. Players should also check if NBA Live Mobile is up to date. Users should be getting a notification to update the app and in most cases the update is automatically done. Nevertheless, users should check if there is an update available. Restarting the app and closing all the background apps are other options worth considering. Users can even force stop the app. Clearing the app’s cache and data might do the trick, however, it should be noted that clearing the app’s data will result in settings and other files be permanently deleted. This doesn’t delete guest accounts. Players shouldn’t worry about losing their NBA Live Mobile progress if they have a Facebook account linked to the game. Contacting the support team through the EA website is another option. Players will need to provide their user ID when doing so.

If all the above fixes don’t solve the issue, players have but one remaining option and that is reinstalling the game. Progress will be lost unless players have a Facebook account linked to the game. While for NBA Live 18 players, it will be easier to buy NBA Live 18 coins and do all these above easier.
